About Us

Martina has over 30 years experience as a podiatrist. Initially working in the NHS for almost 15 years where she managed diabetic clinics, biomechanics and podopaediatrics clinics, and a busy clinic and domiciliary caseload.

She set up the Fitter Feet Clinic in 2005. After many years developing Fitter Feet Clinic into one of into one of Northern Ireland's largest Podiatry practices, Martina has stepped down from her management roles to concentrate on Fit Feet Podiatrists in Larne. 

She lives locally and is looking forward to spending less time managing a large business and more time looking after her patients. Martina strives to ensure that all Fit Feet Podiatrists patients receive the very best treatment and she has invested heavily in the latest equipment, technology and training for all podiatry staff. As a result, she has an enviable reputation as an experienced, dedicated and professional podiatrist.

Martina works from Larne and also travels for Nursing homes and domestic appointments. Her quiet, relaxed manner and dedication make her a firm favourite with patients. An expert in all areas of podiatry she specialises in diabetic foot care, biomechanics, podapaediatrics, acupuncture and laser podiatry.

Sian worked as a part-time administrator for the Fitter Feet clinic from the age of 14 to 18, then was promoted to practice manager in 2015 before movng to Fit Feet Podiatrists in Larne.

She is currently at medical school in Galway and helps with the running of the clinic online whilst at university. During her holiday leave she helps out in the clinic using the Doppler ability vascular equipment to carry out vascular assessments (All results are reviewed and interpreted by a senior podiatrist).

She also helps carry out podiatry audits in Nursing homes, as well as clinic audits.
